Spherical Wedding CakeIt's a breathtaking design for a bride's cake that incorporates spherical cakes, gumpaste and fondant flowers, swags, stripes and other decadent accents as well as a unique sugar topper. Additionally, create a variety of fondant or gumpaste embellishments, take notes on some new painting tips and learn how to extend them to form your own original design. Use some creativity, add some sugar, some embellishments and your charm to see a captivating final creation. We'll have lots of fun and best of all, you will take home the knowledge of creating this beautiful cake and the know how and confidence to try different ideas when making your own creations.

Demonstrators:
Two Sweet Sisters, Martha Herbert and Rebecca Guidry, from St. Martinville, LA , are retired educators, home economists, sugar artists, authors, mothers, a grandmother and actually sisters. Both ladies are members of I.C.E.S. And the Retail Bakers of America Association. They have been in business for 4 years, demonstrated for the I.C.E.S. Convention in New Orleans and Florida. Several of their cakes have been showcased in the I.C.E.S. Newsletter, American Cake Decorating and Mail Box News. Their cake was on the Feb. 07, ICES Newsletter cover. They have a beautifully bound hard cover book with 104 pages of designer wedding and specialty cakes. These ladies love what they do and are ready to share their ideas.
